I recently had a small victory with my credit card and wanted to share it for other people that have been ripped off by the banks! i always do my banking over the internet, but was overseas visiting family for three weeks. during this time i tried to log into internet banking to pay my card but could not access my account and got stung with interest fees for not paying. several phonecalls when i got home and they kept refusing to give me those fees back until last week when I threatened to close all my accounts with them. If you think you've got an unfair charge or like me if it was the banks fault you weren't able to make the payment because their internet banking wasn't working - chase it up!
