Will I lose my house?

I have a huge amount of loan and credit card debt, if i were to go into an IVA would I risk losing my house?

You wouldn’t necessarily put your home at risk by going into an IVA. An IVA is a legally binding agreement, which protects you from your creditors and legal proceedings. If you were to give us a call, we would be able to go through your details and find out weather or not an IVA is the right solution for you. Speak to you soon
