Hi there, I'm currently on a debt management plan (having debts of approx £40k), but I'm considering a Protected Trust Deed (Scottish equivalent of an IVA). Can you please advise whether I would be likely to lose my home under a PTD? I want to avoid this at all costs. Also, would entering into such an agreement have any detrimental effect on my employment - do you have to inform your employers of such a move? Thanks
