defacto iva

my partner and i aren't married and want to do an iva together. we have over 20,000 pounds in debt from joint and separate bills we've accumulated together. is this possible to add them all together and do a joint iva although we're not married?

me and my partner currently have an iva that we arranged last year before we had a civil partner ship so yes i am personal sure you can have an iva with not being legally together

IVA with Civil Partnership

I didn't know that you could do an IVA with a civil partnership. Most people that do them are married or divorced. But having two incomes to pay the IVA would be advantageous. Twice the income helps reduce your debt faster, no matter where it comes from, or who.
