Are IVAs published in the newspaper?
I know that bankruptcy is, but i just read that IVAs are published on the insolvency services website. is this true? If so, can other people access this site and find out?

Yes, IVA s are published on the Insolvency Service website, however unlike bankruptcy they are not published in your local paper.
IVA is not published in the Paper
The IVA is published on the website but not a public newspaper. I would think that the privacy for an IVA is a good thing. All those lawsuits are in the paper. People who are going through an IVA need help not publicity.
