Hi, i am in a terrible mess for two years now my husband has not been to work due to a major heart problem i gave up a well paid job to look after him i have since taken a part time job we only have as income his incapacity benefit my pension i am pension age and a wage from part time work, we have recently put our bungalow on the market to downsize and to frr cash for us to date we have not had any luck with this, we owe a large amount of money totals £19000 which is on loans credit cards etc we have not been able to make any payments on several of them i have been taken to court ordered to pay large amounts of money which i cannot do i just do not have the money today i had a conversation witha balliff regarding a payment he is demandind £125.00 i have written letters to all of these people telling them of out problem only a couple have answered and ahve agreed i pay £10.00 per month which will help i just do not know what to do i do not want my husband worried about this due to his heart problem orthough he does know the position we are in please what else can i do.
