Debts from previous marriage

Ive been divorced now for about four or five years, and my ex wife is refusing to pay off any joint debts, and needless to say is passing the buck pretty regularly and fowarding my name and address to creditors, i know for a fact she has savings , but is always pleading poverty, in the mean time my debts are gettting bigger and i dont quite know what course of action to take.

Hi there and thanks for joining the forum, Leaving you to pay all the debts does not seem faiir to you at all. I have heard of a case like this before and did not take long at all to sort out. If you call DAT and speak to one of their advisors they will be able to give you a solution to this problem and will get you back in control of your finances.
