I am currently awaiting reply from my IVA company as I have Breeched it by not paying since March, I could not afford the monthly payment & they are not very helpful in this situation. Last time I asked for reductions I had to agree to paying for an addtional 6mths. I am in 2minds as to whetehr to go bankrupt or not. I have no home etc that I would loose but need some advice???? I have been to the CAB but it was not much help - Can I call DAT? Please help
