Hi there Im currently in dept of £50,000 due to tax reasons and im seriously concidering going bankrupt,i have no assets at all altho i have been married for 2 years and my wife has a house that she had before we got together and is in her maiden name aswell, is her house same if i go bankrupt or will it be in danger of being sold in auction as if it were jointly owened...?
