Hi there

I thought consolidation looked like a option for me.. but now I'm not so sure, as I've just had a close friend severely warn me against it - to quote verbatim "you'd have to be an idiot to get an unsecured loan"

This leaves me in a bit of a dilemma. I'm in £6,500 debt from a credit card bill, rent that I haven't paid, and a couple of household bills and thought that it seemed like a the option for me. What do you think? I work freelance so the money flow can be a bit dicey some weeks.
