I am considering bankruptcy. But I have 2 cars on finance and myself and my wife need these to get to work because we dont work local to our home. Will these have to go back to the finance company or is there any way that they can be retained. If i dont have a car I cannot work. Also because we are married would it have to be a joint bankruptcy or can I just do it in my name, because before we got married my wife went bankrupt to get rid of her debt but I tried to manage my debt. So is this going to affect her too. Thanks
