Re building your credit score after bankrupcy discharge

I am filing for bankrupcy and was wondering after being discharged what is the best way to start re builing your credit score... because obviously alot of companys will deny you credit becaise of the bankrucy!! Any advice would be great thanks

The best people to speak to about rebuilding your credit scoring is Equifax or Experian they will be able to give you helpful information about current scoring and different ways to re-build.
