Live in State but want to declare bankrupt in the UK

Hello, Any advice or help really... If I was living in the States but want to beclare myself bankrupt in the UK ... whats is the best method of doing so and what are the ramifications for me in the States once this has happened... Thanks

You will need to speak to either a Citizens Advice Borough in the UK, or the equlivant in the States for advice on how it would effect your stay in the States. In regards to how to declare your self bankrupt in the UK whilst staying in the States, again i would sugest either contact the CAB or an Insolvency Line - 0845 602 9848 (this is a UK insolvnecy line) Hope this helps
