Hi i am currently thinking of bankrupcy and fully understand what this means for my future I am in £14,000 debt and have a surlus income of £40 er week after all my essential bills are paid and living costs have been taken in to consideration. My creditors are refusing to accept my monthly offers and I hav'nt made a payment now in over 3 months, I know this means that the companys will default me. I am unsure of how to handle the situation and am preparing myself for the worst. I cant believe how un helpful my creditors have been and my sending is again getting out of control. I think bankrupcy is a way out for me 1 because I cant afford the ayments and 2 it will stop the problem from essculating... Do the courts accept this as a reason for goin bankrupt? Please help!
