Hello Rach

You are correct, you can declare yourself bankrupt. To do this you would have to go to your local county court. They can also give you more advice on bankruptcy. If you give us a call then we can go through all of your details with you to find out the right solution for you. If bankruptcy is an option for you then we can help and guide you to follow this path also. Our number is at the top of the website, it is always a good idea to see if there are alternative options out there for you apart from bankruptcy. Speak to you soon.
