Tomlin Order

Some 2 years ago my wife was made redundant and was basically railroaded into a Tomlin order by RBS for Credit Card and Personal Loan debts of £21000.00 - This order was set at £40.00 per month to repay the full amount - This will take 43 years to repay the debt and she will be 83 by the time the debt is honoured. At the time she did not take any advice on the matter and with hindsight it probably would have been better for her to go down the route of an IVA or even bankruptcy. Does she have any recourse to IVA or Bankruptcy now, even though she is now back in employment, albiet earning a fraction of what she used to prior to redundancy ?
