at my wits end !!

hi i went onto the sick july last year from work with depression due to the loss of a family member,i have a £11,000 loan which the monthly payments are £191.00 a month then due to not been able to afford my full rent and then deciding to move back home to west yorkshire to be back with family i ended up getting a credit card on which i owe 5,000 on now in total my monthly payments for these is £291.00 a month.and i cant afford to pay them anymore im so scared as what to do as they are no help when you phone these people up to make arrangements.im losing the will to live please help.lisa

I understand what you are saying lulababe, it is very daunting to be in debt, especially if it is all new to you. The good news is, there is always a way forward. If you cant afford to pay the amount the creditors are asking for, then pay what you can. You are allowed to do this aslong as it is the only amount you can afford. Paying something is better than nothing. What we can do hear for you, is look through your details for you, and find the best solution for yourself. Call us on 0800 954 6518.
