hi, hope someone can advise me, I am in a lot of debt with my creditcards £19,000 over 4 cards barclaycard, mbna, abbey national, & egg I am struggerling to make the payments and have missed many of them trying to catch up with min payments 1 or 2 months later. I have been advised by friends that my best avenue is an IVA. i have researched it on the internet but it seems it could take me 6 years before my credit history will be clear.when looking through the companys offering to do an Iva i found a company that says through a point of law or ethics something along that line that they could wipe my debt and clear my credit history 100% or my money back. they also say that i dont have to enter into an iva or bankrupcy is this possible ? i would like some advise for people in the know THANKS
