The moment they take over a debt this company are phoneing,writing and threatening,we have 3 debts with this company and they are threatening us with court action if we do not pay them the full balance within 14 days,if we could do that why would be on a dmp in the first place,these people are bullies and should be stopped,we are already fighting them with the debt that was passed to them last October they served a stat demand on us and now we are defending and trying to get it set aside,it makes me so stressed i feel like i am fighting them all the time and its just so unecessary ... has anyone else had dealings with this company? if so how do you cope with them ? all comments welcome and suggestions too :)
