Need help to fill out county court N9A form please

Hi, newbie here, I have a CC form and the debt is owed by me and is one of many debts (please don't judge its a very long story as to why we have these debts) This is the first time a creditor has started legal proceedings. The debt is in my name and i work part time how ever I understand that in the area of form Income I have to put my income and where it says others in my home give me I have to put my husbands income. So here is my question How do I fill in the exspenses area as it says in brackets Do no include any payments made by other members of the household out of there own income. So I don't understand what to put there basically our money goes together and we pay what we can when we can. If I fil this out as what I pay there will be all my husbands salery left which would look like surplus income which it isn't, wish it was. Also I owe other creditors money some credit cards and one bank account who have been adding charges to it monthly taking it from owing £700 to £2000. odd pounds which is all interest and charges except the £700. we left owing when we stopped using account. This leads to my question that on the form I have to make an offer of payment as I cannot afford to pay in full. I don't know how to work out prorata payments for all my creditors and I have no payments set up with any of them as we have ignored them all my husband also owes money to credit cards and this joint account previously mentioned. We do not own our own house and have two children. I have been advised to go bankrupt but we cannot afford the fees to go bankrupt and unless we get a windfall i can't see us affording it as we never have any money left over each week after rent and bills and shopping. I hope some one can help with filling out this form as i have to do it asap as I forgot about easter so that cuts a few days off for me sending it as well as there being a weekend inbetween easter. Some pointers would be great. Look forward to hearing from any one who can advise thanx.
