Me and my husband have combined debts of approx. £30k and need some urgent advice. We are expecting our 2nd child later this year and our biggest worry at the moment is coping to pay all the debts whilst on maternity leave (and if I go back to work) as my husband doesn't bring in enough monthly to cover our monthly outgoings. We really want to pay off our debts, but only recently brought a new car, sofa and had to have a new boiler installed and now panic is setting in. Would you suggest us taking out a IVA? Please help!
