Due to the Data Protection Act, you wont be able to find out weather your partner has debts or not. You would have to ask your partner outright to find this information out. If you find your partner is in debt, get them to give us a call, and we can look at a way for your partner to pay their debt back comfortably. Sorry I cannot be more help.
