Help Please!

Hello, I've made a full and final settlement offer on my credit cards and have just received an answer. One of them deemed the offer as unacceptable whereas the other one wrote back saying that they would accept the payment of an amount that is £ 280 higher compared to my offer. I must make the payment by April 30 or their offer will become null and void. What should I do? should I make this payment although it is higher than my offer? And how should I go about regarding the other offer that has been declined?? Please help!!

Hello crazycow

You could always try again. If the amount that you have offered them is a lot lower than the amount outstanding, this will be the reason why they have asked for more money. If they refuse then accept the offer and pay the full amount. In regards to the offer that has been declined, they don’t have to except any offer from you, but again try calling them and offer them another amount. Hope this helps.
