HELP NEEDED!!!

Hi, I have had an IVA since September last year, As from June 1st I will be losing my tax credits and family allowance , which is a LOT more than my IVA repayments, I dont quite know what to do, can you advise me on the next best move please?

Hello Jackie

You will need to speak to your IVA provider, they should re access your details to see where to go from here. If you are unable to continue with the IVA, give us a call, we can have a look into your new circumstances and find a way to help you pay your debts back at what you can afford. Hope this helps.
