Hi, I have used citizens advice to help me set up regular payments to all my creditors, they all agreed to a minimum payment per month as per my monthly in/out goings. I am now being chased by a creditor who is denying ever receiving a copy of my in/out goings and suggest that the payment was agreed over the phone (yet i cant believe that this was ever an option and would a company actually agree to this over the phone?) plus citizens advice took control of all my creditors and i had no contact with them, yet they assured me it was me who they spoke to!. They are asking for the full amount of debt to be paid - they have given me 2weeks!
